Gone are the days of bringing crumpled workout sheets to the gym or dealing with spreadsheets to update your weights. Five/Three/One takes care of it all, from calculating your cycles to advising you on which plates to use on the bar.

The app offers a range of features, including planning and scheduling your entire 5/3/1 cycle, tracking your progress, a rest timer with notifications, automatic plating calculation, determining your next cycle based on performance, recording notes for each set, and a home screen widget displaying your current and upcoming workouts. It also supports both lbs and kg.

Additionally, there are optional paid features that allow you to customize the plates you're using and adjust your barbell's weight, customize templates for assistance work, and even define your own exercises. The app also offers Beyond 5/3/1 templates and a variety of options, from Joker Sets to FSL, Pyramid, and more!
